Jacques Drolet, PhD
I am a Ph.D. biologist and support sustainable agriculture in an international context. Since this means food safety and eye-level trade on a level playing-field, I work on global regulatory harmonization by supporting companies with sustainable crop protection products in reaching international approvals, growers in getting access to sustainable products and international accreditation, and regulatory bodies around the world in implementing OECD regulatory harmonization tools.
I use my life-long experience as biotech founder, civil servant, and aid-worker to support KAYAKAYO consultants around the world in the implementation of KAYAKAYO's services.
This work would not be possible without the self-diversity abilities (Eigenvielfalt) that I acquired 35 years ago with my lifelong wife and colleague from the Swiss Development Cooperation and which we lived, developed and taught afterwards to the army, police forces, teachers, students, trainers, parents, executives, civil servants, and the public. For those not aware of the concept, these are the abilities to manage and thrive with diversity and change, the ultimate tool against populism and violence.
